The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course provides participants with a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts, process thinking, and basic improvement tools.
The course focuses on how Lean and Six Sigma are applied to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and support data-informed improvement efforts within organizational processes. It also emphasizes how Yellow Belts contribute to projects, the importance of clear communication, and how collaboration drives long-term success in improvement efforts.
